Question of the Week has been distributed since 2001 and currently has a distribution of over 3000 Health Care Providers. The QoW is short, to the point, and addresses many toxicological issues such as overdose management, pharmaceuticals, envenomations, new substances/outbreaks, environmental exposures etc. (Find previous QoW at Tennessee Poison Center (TPC) website). Donna Seger MD created the QoW for stakeholders and interested health care providers as an email correspondence tool about the latest information on toxins and toxicants. She had been pivotal in directing the QoW from 2001 until 2024. Starting in September 2024, Rebecca Bruccoleri MD, Medical Director, TPC and Saralyn Williams MD, our two Toxicologists, have been providing oversight for this service.
This service is provided by the TPC as part of a commitment to Outreach for Health Care Providers.
